This will take too many words! Michael (Mavay?) was amazing; my husband was lecturing at Grady Hospital all day and all he wanted was Chinese food. The better restaurants would not allow a puppy but delivered. We couldn’t really eat in our room with two friends, us and the puppy so he set us up on the beautiful patio and attended to us as if we were dining in your restaurant…we ordered take out. He was just wonderful. The girls at the desk remembered our pup, Ralph, every day and greeted him with treats. The careerists were on point. We will stay here every time in Atlanta. Thank you.

The overall aesthetics of the place, the location, the look from entrance to your room is amazing and so comfy. I feel like I am in a European styled hotel. Such a Lux feel I was super happy with it all. The bathroom has a nice shower and the room has plenty of space with nice views. I will be coming back over and over again.

New contemporary hotel, Great location for our interests and one block from MARTA. The staff was great! We felt safe with the secure elevators that required your room card

We loved the rooms. The beds were comfortable, clean, and neat. Bathroom was nice and clean. Liked the decor, room art, and how quiet it was in the night time. Would book this hotel again when in Atlanta.

Everything, from the front desk, to the cleanliness of the property. The friendliness of the staff, it was everything you could ask for in a hotel. Again, I CANNOT stress to you how clean the room was.

The location was nice since it was close to a lot of things. I loved the hotel. I loved my room. Very spacious and always clean. The only thing I would say is the ceiling in the shower should be looked at. Idk if it’s water damage, but the ceiling where the shower is should be fixed.

The best staff any hotel in The USA could have! Very professional, very compassionate, very kind and very friendly. You won’t get wrong by staying in this hotel! JaQuel from front desk is amazing same as the night hotel manager. Thank you so much to both for being wonderful!
